PLEASE READ : Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the total service cost. Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged a 50% of service fee. No call no shows are blocked from booking and charged 100% of service. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment one time if the rescheduling is done before the 24 hour period. There is a 10 minute grace period passed the scheduled appointment time otherwise you may be asked to reschedule. Please arrive 5 minutes early to use restroom and sign waiver. No extra guest please. No refunds after services are rendered.
